Election 2017: Philip Hammond on spending figures

The Chancellor Philip Hammond has said there is a £58 billion black hole in Labour’s spending plans in their manifesto that was launched yesterday. Mr Hammond said Jeremy Corbyn's numbers "do not make sense". He also said media reports of clashes between himself and Theresa May's aides are "media tittle tattle".
