Brexit: 'Proceed with maximum consensus'

In Theresa May's recent reshuffling of her cabinet, Michael Gove has returned to the frontbench as the newly appointed environment secretary. Mr Gove tells Mishal Husain that the EU referendum held in 2016 must be "honoured in the right way" and should proceed with the "maximum consensus". The former Conservative leadership contender also denies that he accused Theresa May of failing to "drain the swamp" of Islamist extremism and says that the phrase was a "mischaracterisation" of what he said.
