2017 is a make or break year for Butch Jones at Tennessee (6/30/17)

Rocky Top Talk's Terry Lambert joins the show to talk Tennessee Football. Terry explains how Head Coach Butch Jones has stabilized the program in the post-Derek Dooley era, but how his teams' penchant for coming up just short has left some fans with a bad taste, and why this year could be his last on Rocky Top if things don't change. It's not all bad for the Vols, though, as Terry breaks down why UT's running game should be excellent once again, with RB John Kelly poised for a breakout season. He also gives an update on the QB battle, who needs to step up at WR, and how new offensive coordinator Larry Scott is fitting in so far. Terry examines the defense, how the Vols plan to replace DE Derek Barnett, improvement in the secondary, and an emphasis on being stronger along the line this season. Lastly, Terry tells us why UT fans are scared of their season opener against Georgia Tech, the importance of beating Florida, and how many games the Vols need to win to save Butch Jones' job.
