More than 3000 people are still serving indeterminate prison sentences in England and Wales with no release date, even though IPPs - Imprisonment for Public Protection - were abolished five years ago. Dame Glenys Stacey tells Mishal Husain: "The Government is urgently looking at what to do about this, they need to consider the license arrangements for these people."
