Jeffrey Sachs on growing the world economy


The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has said raising taxes for those on higher incomes would help reduce inequality without having an adverse impact on growth. Despite evidence suggesting the global economy is strengthening, the IMF has downgraded its forecasts for the UK over concerns about Brexit.
