The Mucho Soul boys were away in Brussels on deck duties this weekend at the big A Celebration of Life and Friends III party for Nick Blow but before they left they went into the studio to pre-record another two hour show of goodness for those left behind. Kets hour kicks off with a classic slab of Soul from Gloria Lynne before new material from BadBadNotGood and a couple of under the radar gems from AOS and this weeks cover star Rich Medina featured on an old Chilli Funk cut for Nathan Haines. Ket then gives us a selection of new releases including Restless Soul, Ian Shaw, Wanda Stafford, Jesse Morgan, HNNY, and Hyman Bass with a couple of remixes and edits thrown in for good measure featuring Opolopo and Volcov for Martin Denev and O’Donel Levy. Al's second hour begins as always with some Jazz old and new from Elsie Bianchi and Ed Motta and a track from the recent album from Killiam Shakespear. Theres also a dip into the archives for Lauryn Hill featuring D'Angelo and a lovely EWF edit from Derek Kaye before Al gets on to the dancefloor with releases this week from Jay Nemor, Soulful Session featuring April Showers, Spencer Morales, Randy Roberts finishing the show with a great Flute driven mix from Manoo for Stephanie Cooke's Beautiful Life via King Street.
