We welcomed Marcia Smith back to the program to discuss the NASA proposed FY 2019 budget, the FY 2018 budget though we are still on CR with the 2016 budget. We also talked space policy, specific missions, and NASA line items. We talked SLS, private rockets, Musk, SpaceX, Falcon Heavy, business decisions as opposed to national interest decisions. We had phone line issues as the cell phone used by our guest started dropping the calls as we neared the end of the show.
