Despite being offered a college scholarship, Snooky chose to follow her passion and pursue her dream of becoming a cosmetologist by founding Rico’s on 3rd The Salon, Inc. (@Ricoson3rd) She went on to teach cosmetology and pioneer an apprentice program through her salon. Everything changed when she received a harrowing breast cancer diagnosis. Through her faith and determination, she discovered a deeper life purpose and calling. Loving You Through It came into the light, a private non-profit room partnering with the American Cancer Society as an oncology service and wig bank - offering free wigs, scarves, and beauty services to women undergoing chemotherapy during cancer treatments. She is a fighter and survivor - living in service to empower others and make the world a more beautiful place.
