North Korean relations

President Trump has welcomed home three Americans who’ve been released by North Korea. Kim Hak-song and Tony Kim have been held for a year, and Kim Dong-chul was detained in 2015. American missionary Kenneth Bae recounts how he spent two years in a North Korea prison and Japanese Ambassador to the UK, Koji Tsuroka, says his country wants to see a "complete resolution of abductions" including the return of Japanese citizens.
