Natalie Plain- Founder and CEO of Billion Dollar Brows… A born entrepreneur and performer, Natalie Plain founded her own thriving candy distribution business in middle school, even developing a credit system to feed hungry classmates, all while performing weekends as a Disneyland parade dancer. After graduating from college, Natalie served as a White House Intern during the Clinton administration, working both as a ghostwriter for President Clinton and a press assistant to Hillary Clinton. Upon returning to her native Southern California, Natalie pursued a career in television as Producer on the syndicated reality program, Real TV. Here, she met her future husband Bob who quickly noticed her entrepreneurial spirit and encouraged her to pursue her dream of starting a business. Drawing upon her obsession with eyebrow grooming, Natalie conceived of Billion Dollar Brows (BDB) in 2004 after noticing the dearth of quality brow products on the market. BDB quickly grew to include gels, powders, pencils, and tools -- all specially designed for brows. In 2011, Natalie was issued a patent for her invention, the Brow Buddy Shaping Tool. The Brow Buddy quickly and easily demonstrates exactly where to start, arch, and end eyebrows based on each person’s unique facial symmetry, a measurement formerly achieved by guesswork. Since then, BDB continues to lead the industry by offering the most innovative new brow cosmetics and tools for consumers and professionals alike, the brow business having literally grown into a BILLION dollar business worldwide since BDB’s inception. Under Natalie’s guidance, the company grew from a tiny internet startup into a brand distributed throughout North America with unprecedented expansion into other regions the world over including but not limited to Australia, New Zealand, Japan, the United Kingdom, Russia, continental Europe, South Africa, and Southeast Asia. In addition to her duties at BDB, Natalie also authored the definitive book on eyebrow beauty and style, The Plain Truth about Brows. BDB was featured on Good Morning America, The Today Show, the Rachael Ray Show, The Doctors TV Show, and E! News. Natalie herself has appeared on Extra!, QVC, TVSN Australia, The Shopping Channel Canada, Martha Stewart Radio, NBC Morning News, and even The Adam Carolla Show where she supervised the first-ever waxing of the comedian’s unibrow.
