How to fix EU migration

The European Union's fate could be decided by how it deals with the issue of migration. In Germany, some politicians are pushing to close their borders, and the new Italian government has been equally sure that their voters want change. Following the EU summit, leaders agreed to restrict the movement of migrants within Europe and establish hot spot centres to process asylum requests. They also agreed to look into setting up migrant centres outside the EU. We speak to German CDU MP, Klaus-Peter Willsch; Manlio di Stefano, the Italian Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, and our own correspondents.
