Observation of winds at heights of interest to wind energy development and their relationship to the characteristics of the low-level jet. They discuss the hidden dangers of Severe Weather. Finally, Doug gives an update on Willie Nelson's "Farm Aid" and finally Doug opines with very little optimism over the proposed Farm Bill.
