Episode #46: Building an Everyone Culture with Robert Kegan


Bob Kegan is a psychologist who teaches, researches, writes, and consults about adult development, adult learning, and professional development. He is co-founder of Minds at Work, a consulting group that works with senior leaders and teams in corporations, government and non-profits. 

He is also the William and Miriam Meehan Professor of Adult Learning and Professional Development at Harvard University where he codirects the Change Leadership Group and the Harvard-Macy Institute for the Reform of Medical Education.

He has contributed to many articles and books on psychological development and he has published seven books, including the critically acclaimed:
