The latest draft of the St.Albans Local Plan, that all important document which sets out what will be built where in the District for years to come. Cllr Mary Maynard, St.Albans District Council Planning Portfolio Holder, talks to Amanda Yorwerth about the provisions in the plan that are aimed at making the District a more sustainable, pleasant place to live.
