Review of the 2018 film 'Tomb Raider'
Lara Croft has been with us in one form or another since 1996. Some of us have grown up on her video games, comics, novels, and sometimes awkward action figures. With 17 console games in the bank with another one on the way, we've had two Angelina Jolie movies and now one Alicia Vikander film.
The film currently sits at a 49% on Rotten Tomatoes and is not having the strongest of openings. The critics seem to be split down the middle and it's safe to say that this was not the rejuvenation of the franchise that Warner Bros. was hoping for.
Your favorite Nerd Nuptial saw the film over opening weekend and are thankful that they had some free passes.
