New York's Closely Watched Congressional Race

Rachel Silberstein, staff writer at The Times Union, talks about the latest debate between incumbent Rep. John Faso and Democratic challenger Antonio Delgado in New York's highly contested District 19 congressional race.

@BrianLehrer@RachelSilby— @JohnFasoNy is moderate — by the standards of 2018 Republicans, which isn't saying much. Perhaps more notably, he is a significantly inactive member of the House: pic.twitter.com/HUNXlJU6cL

You should talk about Delgado's ads, which were very positive and targeted actual voters. I saw at least five last night on Channel 11.

@BrianLehrer As someone who lives and votes in the 19CD, Faso is not bipartisan he won't even talk to voters in the district - his ads are racists and his behavior is shameful. We call him No Show Faso
