Sundays From Harlem

Sundays From Harlem is a deep house music show that's focused on LISTENERS instead of DANCERS. There's a lot of great house music out there which is full of musicianship. Since no one is listening to this podcast on a dance floor, I have more freedom to chose music that is interesting to listen to and sometimes I'll move into some break beat jazz when the vibes are correct.

Sundays From Harlem #030 for Ibiza Live Radio

This week is an encore edition of 'Sundays From Harlem' that I never had a chance to upload as a podcast. We start with a nice afro-house track from Jonathan Meyer called, 'Drown it Out" and from there we move into a little more afro-house before descending into some really minimal deep house. After a few minimal tracks, the show moves into some bouncy, vocal house that gives just the right balance to the deeper stuff that just played. Later in the session, we have my favorite track of the set. The Patrick Zigon remix of, "Accretion" by Of Norway has an incredible feel that takes the listener to distant musical lands. As usual, we finish the set with a nice and smooth Jazz track. This week, it's 'Run Away' from Sculptured Music.. For the Home of Sundays From Harlem www.TrevorRicci.com
