Ostensibly about comic books and graphic novels, "Wait, What?" is a podcast in which two friends swap stories, theories, and jokes about all aspects of pop culture...but especially comics. Wait, What? Episode 68.1
Episode 68 is part one of an especially rambling year in review from Graeme McMillan and me. Part one, which is an hour and twenty minutes long manages to cover our Christmas with The Swamp Thing special, shopping and other holiday thoughts; DC's New 52; Marvel's trade paperback program; day and date digital; things that come out of Brian Bendis's mouth, the paintings of Sharon Moody (who I erroneously call Shannon Moody for the whole damn podcast!); the voices of the Marvel Architects and a long analysis of the year's crossover events through the only lens that matters--that of Mark Millar. Although the episode installs abruptly--we cannot tell you why the outro music failed to end up in our final mix--we hope you enjoy and come back for part two. As always, thanks for listening!
