The Legendary universe gets flipped upside down! Play as Villains trying to take out the Heroes protecting the city! 15 playable Villains! 7 Hero groups! 4 Head Honchos! 4 Bodyguards! 8 new Schemes! New Agent, Trooper and Officer cards! New unique Bystanders! Players can work both with and against other players to overcome the protectors of the city using the greatest Super Villains in the Marvel Universe!
