Lessons for Living (Audio)

When you hear the word “greed,” what comes to mind? If you're limiting your idea of greed to a money-hoarding Mr. Scrooge, you need to expand your definition of it. As Christians, we can be greedy with our time, with our possessions, and even our testimony. Placing our own self-interests before time with God puts Him last, and our greedy nature first. Having a selfless heart and a desire to serve the Lord requires a willingness to give everything to Him...not just our things, but all those parts of our flesh that keep us from giving our whole selves to Jesus. Don't be greedy with your heart...everything you have and everything you are truly belongs to Him, anyway.
