Lessons for Living (Audio)

Nearly all of us, at some point in our lives, have owed a debt. A car payment, a school loan, a mortgage...every month we would diligently send our money to pay down the loan. Before Jesus gave Himself on the cross, people would offer a sacrifice to cover their sin, paying down the debt of living in their flesh. But, when Jesus became the ultimate sacrifice, our debt was paid in full. You know the feeling of paying off a loan...no longer tied to the burden of owing something? That's what God wants for us. When we release our hold on our flesh, relinquishing all our sins for Him to wash away, we are no longer responsible to pay for them. The debt is erased.
