God's Word is powerful and effective. It pierces the thoughts and attitudes of our hearts, it guides our path, and arms us against the Evil One. The knowledge of the Word of God must be more than a hobby or a diversion with us. We must not treat it like a low-calorie dessert that we can take or leave as we please. Pastor Mark will teach us that the Bible is a very necessary tool for any Christ-follower. The Bible is for teaching us, for telling us what is wrong, for correction and instruction. Spending time in God's Word guards us from sin and the snares of Satan.
