Lessons for Living (Audio)

Many temptations may begin with the flesh, but as soon as we are aware of it, the battle shifts to our minds. This is where we start to mull over possibilities, usually ones that will allow us to move closer to what it is that we want. In order to move forward with our own desires and past God, we have to think pretty highly of ourselves, which is why there is such an emphasis on humility for followers of Jesus. If you recognize that God's authority is supreme, and He is wiser than we'll ever be...than you'll know that the only good outcome is in following in the will of the Lord.
