Wade is Vice President of User Experience at Workfront, where they’re making business work better—unleashing team’s value by helping them focus on the right work and doing their best work. Prior, he lead product discovery, design, and validation as Vice President of Product & Design at ClientSuccess, a SaaS customer success management platform that helps companies retain and grow their existing customer base. As the initial member of the executive team, he lead the startup from ground zero to over 100 customers and 1.4 Million in ARR. Proceeding that, he served as Director of User Experience at Vivint, where he lead teams of designers, product managers, researchers, and engineers, building innovative mobile, desktop, and embedded software applications for security, home automation, and energy products. He participated in growth that lead to a $2 Billion valuation and acquisition by Blackstone Group and Vivint ranking 46th on Forbe’s 100 most promising companies for 2013. This work also resulted in the filing of 15 patents related to user experience in home automation and energy management.
