episode 84: Rock Dudes #84 - Brian Tatler (Diamond Head) - (Eng)

Welcome to Rock Dudes #84, a new international episode and the guest this is the almighty BRIAN TATLER from Diamond Head.

Jonas sat down with him at the Warner office the other day and talked with Brian about touring life, how the band started, a lot of what Metallica playing songs have meant for him and the band. Diamond Head will release their new album, COFFIN TRAIN in May 2019. It is the first album the singer Rasmus has joined the writing forces. From my perspective, this is by far the heaviest album Diamond Head has released so far. If you want to listen to it search it up on Spotify or order the album.

Brian Tatler was growing up in a small town 30 minutes outside Birmingham. And he started the band at the early age of 16. His biggest influence was Ritchie Blackmore from Black Sabbath. It took a while before they hit the album charts, but during the first half of the 80’s, they had their peak, and after that the band had a lot of road bumps. He will talk about the whole journey from the 80’s until today, really interesting I would say.

This and much more you can listen to in Rock Dudes #84, released on Tuesday, May 14th, 2019.
