We all support the mom throughout the 40 weeks including the baby shower pregnancy cravings etc and then the baby comes! Everyone asks the same million dollar questions “how does the baby sleep, eat gives advice on how their grandmas or moms raised them....All great right? but the one question never gets asked correctly “how are YOU doing?” After your hormones are out of wack for 9 months they go into over drive trying to go back to normal making the 4th trimester difficult for you to cope.
