Keith Sheppard, or "Shep" has been teaching martial arts for over 20 years in the largest and longest continuously-running martial arts school in the bay area. Shep has also trained as a boxer, alongside fellow teacher, Ana Julaton (Women's WBO Super Bantamweight and IBA Super Bantamweight Champion and student of Freddie Roach).
