She founded DII because of a passion to find her own purpose amidst tragedy, which grew into a passion to help others find their passion beyond limiting circumstances. Through DII, Tiffany also advocates for human and civil rights so that all people have an equal chance to live their best lives.Tiffany’s story includes triumph over poverty, domestic violence, sexual assault, and more. Having overcome her challenging past, Tiffany worked as a Business & Communications Management Consultant for corporate and government agencies for over 11 years.
