Most of us try to live a life that we can be proud of, but oftentimes we make mistakes. Some of which we may be able to go back and change, but there are others that once they're done, there's absolutely no changing them! Maybe every year some say they're going to lose weight. That's a good idea, but for most that particular resolution goes down the drain faster than water. There are some people like me who stop making resolutions because it seems that after maybe two or three "days" the thought and the effort that goes into keeping the resolution isn't worth it. We all want the new year to be the greatest one ever, but most times we continue to do the same thing we did the last year not realizing that if we continually repeat the same thing over and over, we will keep getting the same result over and over!
