In my coaching sessions I ask my clients, “If you could go back and undo your most painful experience, what would you do?” Most of them answer “I wish someone would have loved me enough to protect me or not hurt me” and they ALL say that in some form, even the toughest, most macho men. They want to be respected as men and validated with unconditional love but for some reason we refuse to get that, we refuse to live that! Instead of waiting on others to lead us into a progressive shift of economic reprieve, protection against international threat and televised/social media revolution we have to start with ourselves! I am talking about getting down to the nitty gritty. Let's focus on “being” human and I believe a part of that “being” is to be love, be respect and be compassionate. and focusing on ourselves, our behavior and BEING the world we expect to live in. If you want to be accepted STOP being judgmental!If you want to be loved STOP being hateful!If you want to be understood STOP being closed-minded!If you want loyalty, fidelity and commitment STOP being dishonest, two-faced and flighty
