Opinion: As a Christian I feel I am entitled to say this:
Do you know what most non-believers think that all the church wants is your money? Becuase of podcasts like yours where in the first 10 seconds you are asking for my money and you've given me NO VALUE. As Christians, you are asked to serve first. Then Jeremiah 29:11 says God has your back.
I'm also a bit tired and you pushed a button. You did a nice job of starting to set up your show (instead of just playing the sermon) but you went right for me wallet.
