Stories of a Broken Sun

We broke the Sun, but not before it broke us. Now it is time to take back our world from those who have stolen our history, using the powers that grow from our land and community. Stories of a Broken Sun is an actual play podcast in an original, anti-colonial sci-fantasy setting. Through a series of seasons and side stories, we use a variety of indie tabletop RPGs to explore different facets of this world. Learn about the cast, setting, systems, and more at brokensunrpg.com, or follow the show on twitter @BrokenSunRPG.

episode 3: Splinters of a Broken Sun: Prologue, Part 3

For the third time in history, a splinter fell from the broken sun. Four apprentices living in a quad in Town 3-7 witnessed the fall, and against all good sense (and laws) decided to try and claim it for themselves.

In the confusion of the lockdown, they escaped their quad and made their way over the walls, where they encountered a rival group and battled them on the baking steppe. Now, they must summon all of their strength to make it into the crater... and see what the sun has left them.
