Sue Mildrum leads software development teams that work hard, have fun and build great software together. Sue brings 25 years of experience writing code and leading teams to her role at Constant Contact where she is Vice President of Engineering. Prior to Constant Contact, Sue started a web development services business. Earlier roles include managing on- and off-shore teams at Kofax and Exit41 and writing software at Informix, Progress and Digital Equipment Corporation. Sue has a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Connecticut. Outside of work, Sue is the President of the Board of Gaining Ground, a non-profit organic farm in Concord, MA that donates all of its produce to area food pantries and meal programs.
