Novel therapeutic drug classes have transformed the management of several B-cell lymphoma subtypes, including chronic lymphocytic leukemia, follicular lymphoma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, and mantle cell lymphoma. The arrival of BTK and PI3K inhibitors, next-generation antibodies, immunomodulators, BCL-2 inhibitors, CAR T cell therapy, and other strategies provides an opportunity to formulate more personalized management approaches to improve patient outcomes in many different B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma settings.
