Leading Diversity and Engagement agenda at a global level, she brings a business lens to the topic given her years as general manager and president.
Previous role was SVP and Chief HR Officer, PepsiCo AMENA (Asia, Middle East and North Africa) which covers 90 markets, 30,000 direct employees and more than 50 nationalities in its workforce.
Has held a wide range of roles since joining the company in 1994. Prior to assuming her current position, she was the President of PepsiCo’s Asia-Pacific region, a business spanning 25 markets with approximately 4,400 direct employees.
