episode 133: Soigneurs | Kilometre 0

The soigneurs are the foot soldiers who keep the peloton rolling. Every day their duties involve preparing drinks bottles and food for the riders, handing up the musettes at the feed zone, meeting the riders at the finish line with a cold drink and a change of clothes. And then, at the end of the day, they massage the riders’ legs to relieve the stresses and strains built up during the day.

In this episode of Kilometre 0 we find out more about the job of the soigneurs – or carers – who keep the riders moving.

Kilometre 0 is supported by Hansgrohe showers and taps.
