Suzanne McGovern is the Chief Diversity Officer at Splunk since August 2018. She began her career at a big four management consultancy firm working with clients in multiple industries in London and across Europe. She then moved to the Bay Area consulting at high tech companies and discovered her passion for Diversity & Inclusion and the next chapter of her career. Suzanne is a dynamic diversity and inclusion leader who has a passion for sourcing, engaging and developing talent to drive a culture of performance. She believes that future organizations will only be successful if they are able to include, harness and unleash the power of diverse teams. Suzanne is Scottish, her husband is Nigerian and her three kids—Sophia, Eva and Keir—are all from California. She likes to travel, work out and spend time with her family.
