Todd Riesterer currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer (aka- “Chief Talent Mobilizer”) for Kony, Inc, a 1,500 employee, global organization providing digital transformation solutions to leading companies. Todd brings to Kony extensive experience with global high-tech companies during periods of hyper-growth. Most recently, Todd served as Senior Vice President of HR at InsideSales.com where he was instrumental in doubling the employee base to support the company’s fast growth, while also driving new HR innovations to deliver maximum strategic business impact. Prior to leading HR for InsideSales.com, Todd drove international human resource growth strategies for VMware’s Global Customer and Business Operations organizations, which included more than 9,000 employees. During his 25-year career, Riesterer also led global HR teams at McAfee, Business Objects and Cadence Design Systems.
