DJ BLACKLOW | HOUSE IS A FEELING

I had the honor of DJ'ing and coordinating music online for Out Magazine's 20th anniversary celebration, which took place on October 9th, 2012 at the W Hotel in Hollywood and the experience was an absolute blast. 

For anyone who wasn't able to attend, I am posting my live set right here on podomatic. This first half, which took place before the night's speeches, covers the music that defined our LGBT lives from Out's inaugural year, 1992, all the way through 2001. This was a great era for music and I had a blast listening back at the music from these years. This playlist isn't completely chronological, but I think it does a great job of generally capturing the sound of that 10-year period.
