I liked that you plugged the last episode, but you went into the weeds. When you say to yourself, "Let me get back to the episode" whatever you just said either needs to be deleted or moved towards the end of the show for the "super fans." I love the topic and vulnerability of your topic and it really pulled me. It lets me understand why you're doing the podcast. It wasn't horrible content, I would've just moved it to the end of the episode.
