episode 433: Nikki Kuhnhausen Act, Middle School Girls Forced to Dance in Utah

Bryan and Erin address the great tragedy of the week: Judge Judy is leaving us (temporarily). Bryan discusses the passing of the Nikki Kuhnhausen Act in Washington state, outlawing the use of the “gay-panic” defense. Then, Erin talks about a story out of Utah in which a sixth-grade girl was not allowed to turn down a boy who asked her to dance at a school function, and the school's extraordinarily lame excuse as to why they force everyone to dance.
