Many of you will be at home this morning - because the government has told you to stay in the house as much as you possibly can. The NI Executive has said staying in will save lives. Arlene Foster and Michelle O'Neill have said all non essential businesses should close. Invest NI has told the Nolan Show it is the NI Executive who decide what is an essential business and what is not. What is an "essential business"?
