episode 9: Safe Haven in America


On this episode we will be talking to Michael Wildes. Michael began his legal career as a federal prosecutor then joined his father’s firm, Wildes & Weinberg. From 2004 to 2010 he served as the mayor of Englewood, NJ. In 2011, he became Adjunct Professor of Business Immigration Law at the Benjamin Cordozo School of law. Michael has appeared before Congress to testify on immigration and terrorism issues. In November of 2018, he successfully ran for the Mayor of Englewood once again and will take office in 2019. Michael’s new book is “Safe Heaven in America” in which he talks about representing defecting KGB agents, whistle blowers, disillusioned Saudi diplomats, accused terrorist, professionals and numerous celebrities.
