Come to the Table

Love in action is listening to understand, not to react. This is not a podcast about discussing spiritual deconstruction, reconstruction, contemplation or The Bible. There are numerous podcasts that do that...we know because we love and listen to them constantly. Our intent is taking all that we know and believe at the time and live it out in a conversation while sitting at a literal or figurative table. We won't shy away from a topic or person and we aren't going to have an argument or debate. Here are those conversations. Please feel free to contact us at sean@thecometothetablepodcast.com

episode 14: Let's Get Real with Eli Sirota

A Special Bonus Episode being dropped this week!

Audiogram

Friend and fellow Podcaster, Eli Sirota, comes to the table to talk about his personal struggle with an eating disorder, anorexia. February 26th to March 4th is National Eating Disorder Awareness week and he felt a special calling to offer his story to anyone who would listen. He also wanted it to go out to the world during the same week. So, we invited him to the table and are dropping a special episode to join him in the fight. Please listen and share this conversation with the hope that it will reach someone who is in need or could be the understand hands for those that need help. God Bless those who are and have suffered along with the family, friends and professionals that battle it everyday. Faith, Hope & Love.

If you or someone you know needs to reach out to an organization around Eating Disorders please click here to talk to The National Eating Disorder Association or you can call them 1-800-931-2237.  There are numerous organizations and associations that can help as well.  We highly encourage anyone in and around this issue to take that courageous first step to get help.  You are loved!

Eli's podcast is called The Not So Crazy Podcast of Blizzard the Wizard and Eli.  It's a great podcast for those of us that love comic books!

We are very anxious to hear YOUR feedback at our first jump into this and want to hear the good and bad so we can keep doing the right things correctly and correct the things we are not.
