It has been ten years since the comprehensive peace agreement between the Nepali government and the Maoist leaders, ending the decade long conflict in the country. A decade later, victims of the conflict are still awaiting justice. Truth and reconciliation commission and the commission to investigate disappearances haven't been able to do their job properly so far. So what does this mean for the victims of the conflict? Conflict resolution expert Dr Bishnu Raj Uprety spoke to SBS Nepali. -
