Welcome to Season 2 of Hashing Out the Law, the podcast where we discuss and hash out legal issues and/or topics. I am your host Arash Hashemi. The COVID-19 Pandemic has made everyone live and look at life differently. One of the way it has personally affected me is too look at my mortality and what will happen to my loved ones I am gone. So I decided to invite my friend Christina Malyan to talk about Estate Planning. Christina is the Founder and managing attorney at Malyan Law. She educates her clients and the public about having important documents in place, such as a Will, Medical Directive, and Power of Attorney.  She also assists families and businesses in protecting their assets from Probate, by drafting unique Trusts and comprehensive estate planning documents.  Christina is often invited to speak on the topic of estate planning, in addition to her hosting public and private seminars covering the importance of Trusts, Wills, Medical Directives, Power of Attorney.
