episode 7: Your Business and COVID-19

Welcome to Season 2 of Hashing Out the Law, the podcast where we discuss and hash out legal issues and/or topics. I am your host Arash Hashemi.

On this episode I will be talking to Attorney Natela Shenon. Natela has extensive experience in contract law, commercial transactions, contract administration, business development, and risk assessment and mitigation. So I asked her to come on the show to talk about how to navigate your business through the times of COVID-19.

Ms. Shenon is trusted by clients to resolve litigation and business disputes, and propose advice regarding complicated corporate issues. Ms. Shenon counsels executives, business owners, and boards of directors in matters including strategic planning and corporate governance. She provides counsel to clients ranging from individuals and small business owners to startups and publicly traded companies. Ms. Shenon received a Juris Doctor Degree and a Master Degree in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles. (Recorded 5-5-2020, Season 2, Episode 7)
