How you be fam? Crazy story, and you'll hear this near the end of this episode. I fell asleep during my last therapy session for my lower back pain. My brother, my therapist, told me that day, simply, "go and take a nap." Yeah, the sleep gods caught up to a brother that week. LOL. The same can be said in this episode, yet we pushed on to get it done, and with flying colors. No matter what, we make it our business to deliver the goods.
