Unknown Passage

Distinguished American journalist Larry Lee, 41, is found murdered in Guatemala, where he was living as a foreign correspondent. An incompetent and lazy investigation did not follow up on vital leads, and to this day Larry’s murder remains unsolved. Why was an American journalist’s murder not afforded the attention it deserved? And was Larry the victim of a hate crime, a crime of opportunity or a murder at the hands of someone he reported on?
