In der heutigen Episode sprechen wir mit Bernd Schlacher, Inhaber der Wiener Catering Firma MOTTO sowie dem gleichnamigen Restaurants Motto am Fluss. Im Alter von 15 Jahren kam Bernd für eine handwerkliche Ausbildung nach Wien und entdeckte dort seine wahre Leidenschaft: Die Gastronomie. Seitdem gestaltet Bernd die Branche mit viel Kreativität und innovativen Konzepten mit und erlebt Tag für Tag die Neuerungen, die die Digitalisierung und z.B auch Covid19 mit sich bringen.
